New Releases May 22nd

Another week, another slew of awesome releases.

Two that immediately come to mind are:
The National - "Boxer"
I have been listening to this album all week! I loved their last album, Alligator, which was released in 2005. Expect this album to be alot more restrained and subdued, so don't expect any epic tracks like, "Mr. November." Instead, you'll find slower and sensitive songs like, "Slow Show" and "Green Gloves."

Standout tracks on this album are "Guest Room", "Fake Empire" and their single, "Mistaken For Strangers."

Then there's Voxtrot - Voxtrot. After listening to their last few EP's, Raised By Wolves and Mother, Sisters, Daughters & Wives, I just KNEW that this next album would be good.

I only listened to the album for a brief moment, but methinks that it sounds like a great buy.
