Paul Rudd: Recording Artist?
Well, not in real life, but on Veronica Mars he is! Now before you judge me for watching trashy TV, which I do a lot, I do not actually watch Veronica Mars. I just happened to turn on the TV to see Paul Rudd playing an acoustic guitar on a stage. So, of course, I kept watching. And then I did some googling.
I found this, from SpoilerFix.com:
Umm I love Paul Rudd [remember when he sang "More Than A Feeling" at Indie Rock Karaoke?], but isn't this role a bit beneath him? I'm used to him doing quality roles like Guy Gerricault in Reno 911 or Brian Fantana in Anchorman. Hopefully they paid him lots of money!
I found this, from SpoilerFix.com:
Mars' creator Rob Thomas [revealed]:"Paul Rudd has agreed to play a big role in Episode 17. He'll play past-his-prime English rock star Desmond Fellowes, who is touring American college campuses. Piz, as part of his radio-station duties, will be his host. It'll play as sort of a My Favorite Year-style story. Naturally, this being Veronica Mars, Desmond's suitcase containing many essential items will go missing. Piz will ask Veronica for help."
