Spoon Goes Ga Ga

Oh Spoon. You and your teasers. If you've been on the interweb at all this week, you've probably already read that Spoon's album is streaming, one track at a time until all the tracks are added, on Merge's website. Go here for the Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga jukebox.

The songs that are available so far are "Don't Make Me A Target," "The Ghost of You Lingers," "You Got Yr. Cherry Bomb," "Don't You Evah" and "Rhythm And Soul." I'm really loving "Don't Make Me A Target" and "You Got Yr. Cherry Bomb." And "Don't You Evah" brings me back to their "I Turn My Camera On" days.

July 10th is turning out to be a big release day, with Interpol's Our Love to Admire and now Spoon's Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga.
